My designs make complex tasks simple, fun and intuitive .

I’m a UX and Product Designer focused on creating thoughtful, intuitive experiences that make complex tasks feel simple. By blending strategy, user insights, data, and visual design, I craft high-impact products that drive both customer success and business results.

I thrive in ambiguity and bring a strategic, hands-on approach—balancing visual design, systems thinking, and product strategy. I’ve worked solo, built and led teams, and collaborated closely with engineers, researchers, and business partners to create thoughtful, useful products—from scrappy startups to some of the biggest tech companies in the world.

I’ve led design for Gen AI tools at Amazon, helped unify TurboTax and Credit Karma at Intuit, designed an award-winning UX at HP, and built the design team from the ground up at fintech startup CARD.com.

I’m a UX and Product Designer specializing in high-impact, user-centered solutions across enterprise, consumer, and hardware products.

At Amazon, I led UX for Gen AI-powered tools within AWS. I was the design lead for Q Apps, which lets non-technical users build natural language-powered apps using their AWS data, and for App Studio, a Gen AI app builder for technical users.

At Intuit, I worked to unify experiences between TurboTax and Credit Karma, aligning design patterns and customer journeys across both platforms. And at HP, I led the award-winning redesign of the HP Tango printer setup, improving out-of-box success rates by 30–40%.

Earlier, I was the first employee at mobile banking startup CARD.com, where I led design and built the creative team from scratch. I personally designed and later directed the design of our mobile banking app, Visa debit cards, website, ads, and user portal, scaling a team of 15 and owning the full customer journey. Through mobile-first design, A/B testing, and conversion-focused UX, we reduced customer acquisition costs to 1/5 of competitors and increased customer value by 112% by optimizing direct deposit and driving engagement through affinity-branded campaigns.

I thrive in ambiguity and bring a strategic, hands-on approach—balancing visual design, systems thinking, and product strategy. I’ve worked as a solo designer, built and led teams, and partnered cross-functionally with engineering, research, and business stakeholders to ship meaningful, data-informed experiences at every scale—from early-stage startups to the world’s biggest tech companies.

I was the design lead for Q Apps, which uses natural language to build apps incorporating their AWS data.

I was also the design lead for App Studio, a gen AI–powered service that uses natural language to build enterprise business applications in minutes instead of in months.

At Intuit I was a Principal Product Designer on TurboTax and Credit Karma

I led a small design team integrating TurboTax and Credit Karma, where we created on-ramps for customers between TurboTax and Credit Karma, aligning design patterns and customer journeys across both platforms. Previous to that I was a Principal Product Designer for Intuit’s Design System.

I designed the award-winning HP Tango printer setup

HP Tango was the world’s first “smart” printer, utilizing mfi hardware. I designed this new setup experience which reduced setup time by 40%, and earned a UX design award for the setup experience. The HP Tango is also the only printer in HPs history where the setup is considered a selling point of the product.

I led design at the financial tech startup CARD

CARD is a branded banking experience with a Visa debit card. I started as the solo designer, creating our branded banking app, acquisition funnel website, branded ads, and scalable brand collateral, eventually growing our creative team to 15 in order to support 500k+ users. We worked with brands like Sesame Street, The Walking Dead, Elvis, The Family Guy, Discovery, TLC, and literally hundreds of other brands.
