The work
As design lead for Q Apps within the Amazon Q suite, I owned hands-on design, strategy and stakeholder alignment, and collaborated with the other AWS teams building related products.
The core challenge was turning complex capabilities into intuitive experiences for non-technical enterprise users, grounded in user research.
