Created on-ramps between TurboTax and Credit Karma, aligning design patterns and customer journeys across both platforms.

The work
I led a small design team integrating TurboTax and Credit Karma. By reducing friction between the two, we expanded access to key features and helped users make smarter financial decisions.
- Drove design strategy and messaging; crafted screens, workflows and prototypes in Figma.
- Played a key role in user testing and presented findings to senior leadership.
- Worked across product, marketing, analytics, legal, research and leadership at both companies.
Before this, I was a Principal Product Designer on Intuit’s Design System.
