The work

I led end-to-end UX for the HP Tango setup, designing across every touch point: in-box messaging, packaging, the mobile app and the printer itself.

  • Won a UX Design Award for the setup experience.
  • Patent pending (WO2021054955A1) for setup guidance using synchronized lighting between devices.
  • Used analytics, support-call data and buzz sentiment analysis to find opportunities, then validated designs with research, test plans and prototypes.
